I've known Paul and Justin for quite a few years, They're great guys and know what they're doing.

I was referred to Paul by another well known BMW Mechanic around the KC area because the original guy was unable to do Fuel Injectors. Since then I have worked with Paul on a couple issues and he has been very friendly and informative. Charges about standard shop rate for EXCELLENT work! Which helps me keep maintenance costs low when i can't fix the issue myself. Do not have any doubt in this guy when working on BMW or other various European cars. He really knows his shi.......stuff. He worked for a BMW dealership, and from what I have seen, had to have been one of their best techs. He will also charge you for his actual shop hours. If a shop book usually calls for 3hrs and it only takes him 1hr, he will only charge that 1hr. (Not every situation can he get faster than shop book hours, but rest easy that he doesn't just quote/charge by book) He doesn't try to screw over the customer like most places and will take good care of your ride, and that's very hard to find. Go to him with confidence. I do. If you want another example of his above/beyond attitude. He was planning to go out of town for about a week, and I didn't have all the parts I needed for a job, and only had 1 more day to complete. Instead of trying to have it shipped from south KC and not getting it in time, he went and got the part for me (as I didn't have the time) so that he could finish the job.

Yes they are as great as you hear. My business is located across the lot from 515 Motorsport. They are a great company. We see a lot of happy customers come and go. They also fixed our delivery van for us very quickly.

Paul was recommended to me by my mechanic when I barely finished getting some worked done on my 07 BMW 335i sedan and the car went into limp mode, if you own a BMW you probably know what I am talking about. This was on a Saturday morning and I needed the car towed to his shop from Lee Summit. He is normally closed by noon on Saturdays but he knew my car was being delivered to his shop and he waited almost 5pm. He stuck around to make sure my car got there and sent me a text t...o give me peace of mind. He then proceeded to diagnose the car that following Monday and before noon he already told me basically what happened to the car and he educated me on what he plan on doing. The injectors on this car were the first generation and basically they all needed to be replaced because one or 2 failed and it shorted the cars ECU or DME(computer) Paul knew I was frustrated because of the cash I have spent on making repairs and replacing parts on this car before this issue came up and he told me he will try his best to get me the best deal so I can get back on the road. Paul shipped the DME to the east coast for repair $400.00 yes its not cheap but cheaper than $1500.00 for a replacement. He kept me posted on the progress and he also got me additional discounts on a complete set of brand new BMW Injectors and these are the latest version made for these cars. When the ECU finally arrived in the afternoon Paul ended up working late past 7Pm to make sure everything was installed and when I arrived we took it for a test drive and the car ran like a champ. I wanted to be as detailed with this review because now a days alot of mechanics are all about making a fast buck. Paul has a passion for these cars and he listen to his customers needs. He also works on other cars and I saw that when I went to visit his facility in Liberty Mo. I live in Olathe and will I go back to him again? The answer is absolutely. If you are looking for an honest mechanic he is the go to person and yes his he specialized in BMW's because he is certified. His partner in crime Justin Mason who is an awesome welder is also an addition to what his shop is capable of doing including high performance exhaust and fabrications. I definitely highly recommend Paul if you need a very competent technician and a down to earth person this is your guy. Thanks Paul (;p

Paul McKracken is a certified BMW technician, he knows BMW's and he knows what he is doing and does great work. Twice already he fixed something that was misdiagnosed by another shop and once even by the official dealership. I have a dealership nearby but I drive all the way to see this guy, because I trust him.
